Designed with intention and care, InHerMe II supports girls during some of the most formative years of their lives, offering guidance, encouragement, and tools that help them thrive emotionally, mentally, socially, and academically.

 

Mentorship That Makes a Difference

 

At the heart of InHerMe II is our virtual mentorship experience. Girls are paired with caring mentors and supported by experienced coaches who lead with empathy, wisdom, and lived experience. Through meaningful conversations, guided reflection, and real-life skill building, participants develop self-awareness, confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of identity.

 

Mentorship sessions are designed to feel safe, engaging, and empowering—giving girls the space to ask questions, share openly, and be fully seen and heard.

The OASIS: A Virtual Retreat Space

​

The OASIS is a calming, restorative virtual retreat space created especially for young girls. This is where they can pause, reset, and reconnect with themselves through guided self-care practices, reflection activities, confidence-building exercises, and mindfulness tools.

​

The OASIS encourages emotional wellness, self-expression, and inner balance—helping girls learn early that caring for themselves is not optional, but essential.

Interactive Virtual Workshops

Our virtual workshops are engaging, age-appropriate, and designed to inspire growth and curiosity.

 

Topics may include:

* Self-esteem and confidence building
* Emotional intelligence and healthy communication
* Goal setting and future visioning
* Leadership and personal responsibility
* Mindfulness, self-care, and stress management
